personally i normally wouldn't count a description of a papercut as a description of an inherently violent act (honestly, a loving description of a papercut sounds like more like a knifeplay/bloodplay kink to me). a cursory description of a violent act sounds like just 'depiction of violence' as opposed to 'graphic' -- actually, upon some thought, that's my answer: i'd say it depends on how detailed you get into it. 'he'd been disemboweled' vs. 'his guts were flopping all over the place and the air was thick with the smell of blood, bile, and shit' etc.
